All mainland costume orders are shipped using insured courier UK Mail (small orders of accessories are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery) which is a guaranteed next day delivery service (from date of dispatch, not your order!).

Most orders placed by noon on Monday to Thursday are dispatched the very same day though this cannot be guaranteed . Orders placed Friday - Sunday can expect to be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Note: With our large inventory and 2 deliveries per week from our suppliers 95% of orders can be dispatched within 24 hours.
